Q: What are the limitations of the Small Business License?
A: The only limitation is that your gross annual sales needs to be under $150k - other than that, there's no need to keep track of how many sales, no need to give credit or buy anything extra. Just make your projects and sell - in fact, I encourage you to do so!
Q: What if I lose my designs or need to get a new computer - is there a limitation to how long I have to download them?
A: You are always able to download your designs, anytime. The initial link that is sent does expire after 30 days - however, you can request a new download link at any time, even if it is years after you bought the designs.
Q: How do I know if my machine is compatible with your designs?
A: Generally, my designs are used for all Cricut machines that use Design Space, as well as Silhouette brand vinyl cutters.
However, they can be used for many other machines and softwares as well but I do recommend testing before purchase - click here to download a free test file you can use to load into your software to make sure the files are compatible.
Q: What file types are included with these designs?
A: All of my designs include an EPS, SVG, DXF and transparent PNG format.
Q: I'm kind of new to using SVGs - what if I can't get them to work?
A: Since I am a craft cutter myself, I have always been able to assist my customers in being able to load my designs. I am familiar with both Silhouette Studio as well as Cricut Design Space, and I guarantee that if you need help using my files, you will have my undivided attention until you are able to successfully load them.
Q: I'm concerned about copyright/trademark infringement. Do I have to worry with your designs?
A: Absolutely not. I am very conscientious about licensing, and do not copy work from other artists or corporations. Ethics is incredibly important to me, and so you can rest assured that none of my designs are copies of anyone else's intellectual property.
With that said, occasionally phrases & words can be trademarked for a particular item (for example, it could be trademarked for apparel but not for home decor items) so you will need to ensure you check before you sell a product made with a design, since sometimes words/phrases are trademarked by someone else after I have already created the design.
